Our Advanced Leadership course is designed for individuals who have more than twelve months experience leading and managing others.
About this Event

This course will equip experienced leaders with the strategic, emotional, and practical skills necessary to navigate complex organisational challenges.   

The course delves into techniques for strategic thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, managing change, and conflict resolution, empowering leaders to drive high performance and embed a culture of excellence. 



Key audience

This course is suitable for people who have at least 12 month’s leadership experience and who would like to develop their competency further. It is also suitable for those who have mastered the foundations of leadership and now have their sights set on taking their skills to the next level.
