Advanced Denture Design for Edentulous Patients with Ben Laroche
(8 scientific CE credits available)
Pre-Requisite: intermediate to advanced experience using exocad or other CAD/CAM dental design software.
Course Description
In this hands-on course, participants will discover how to harness the power of DentalCAD to rehabilitate edentulous patients, using the Full Denture Module to design both removable prostheses and screwed retained fixed prostheses. They’ll gain in-depth experience to elevate treatment planning and efficiency, including Ivotion™, the duplicate denture feature, and snap-on dentures on ball attachments.
Course Objectives
- Utilize options in DentalCAD to rehabilitate an edentulous patient.
- Take a deep dive into the Full Denture Module, from design of a single arch case to a full denture.
- Leverage DentalCAD’s duplicate denture feature to streamline the reproduction of existing prostheses, minimizing manual steps and saving valuable design time.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Ivotion workflow for streamlined digital denture design.
- Learn how to create snap-on denture on ball attachments within the Full Denture Module workflow: ensuring optimal fit, retention, and comfort for edentulous cases.
- Explore how to create a monolithic hybrid denture within DentalCAD, and in combination with PartialCAD, to streamline design and improve clinical outcomes.
- Use implant and denture tooth libraries to efficiently select, customize, and integrate prosthetic components for diverse restorative cases.
