Get out of your comfort zone! You will never know what you are truly capable of until you try. We will go through the sequences of the “84 Asanas Advanced Class” (which include the 26 postures in the beginning class) in a fun and interactive way.
Take your practice to the next level (and have a blast) through arm-balances, inversions, splits, twists, backbends, hip-openers and more. Afterwards, you will have a new-found appreciation for your daily practice. If you can breathe, you can take this class!
