Advanced Class End of Year Gathering

Creative Meditation 3.0 is a weekly meditation, workshop and discussion series.

A typical session is 90 minutes and includes two 15 minute meditations components, an interactive exercise and facilitated open discussion on a virtue or power.

Participants are encouraged to aim towards building and maintaining an ‘inner stage’ as they attend regularly so that they experience that their meditation and personal development journey has an aim and objective. The word creative in the title promises an element of creativity, inspiration and intuition as a normal daily experience that can be developed and harnessed.
