Dial in your buoyancy and feel the difference it makes in every dive. Our Perfect Buoyancy Workshop is a hands-on, skills-focused program led by ECD owner Nick Fazah, designed to help you move through the water with more control, efficiency, and confidence. Running over two days on February 14th and 15th, this workshop is all about fine-tuning the details that separate “comfortable” from “dialed-in.”You’ll spend time learning and practicing proper weighting, trim, and precise control of your position in the water using breath control and advanced propulsion techniques. The workshop includes a 3-hour classroom session paired with a 3-hour pool session, giving you both the theory and the in-water practice needed to make real, lasting improvements. Expect lots of individual feedback and small adjustments that add up to big gains.
Divers are strongly encouraged to bring their own scuba gear to both sessions so Nick can work directly with you to streamline your personal setup and address how your equipment choices affect balance and trim. We can provide a BCD, regulator, and wetsuit if needed, but mask, snorkel, and fins are required personal-fit gear and must be brought by all participants.
This is a non-certification workshop, focused purely on skill development. Divers who would like to earn the SSI Perfect Buoyancy certification can add the eLearning for $50 to the $300 workshop fee and complete the certification requirements alongside the workshop. Whether you’re looking to improve air consumption, reduce effort, or just feel more polished underwater, this workshop is a great way to level up your diving.
