Advanced Bird Camp - Grasslands

Advanced Bird Camp is a nature day camp for ages 13-16 from July 15-19, 2024. Camp meets 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary in Irvine. Campers will focus on grassland habitat, learn about the diversity of sparrows and other grassland birds, and enjoy at least one off-site trip (parents provide transportation). During the week, children will take daily walks, keep a nature journal, create nature art, and learn important bird topics taught by enthusiastic and experienced Audubon Naturalists.
