Join Blossom in her Arm Balance workshop. This two-part workshop is designed to help you build confidence, strength, and technique in arm balances. Whether you're just starting or looking to refine advanced poses, each session will guide you through step-by-step progressions to make arm balancing more accessible and fun.The Beginner Session focused on foundational poses like Crow, Half Crow, and Side Crow, helping you develop balance, body awareness, and core engagement.
This Advanced Session takes flight with Flying Crow, Grasshopper, Firefly, and Eight-Angle Pose, breaking down transitions and refinements to deepen your practice.
Note: You do not have to have attended the Beginner Session to take part in the Advanced Session.
With hands-on guidance, personalized adjustments, and a playful approach, this workshop is open to all levels. Come explore, challenge yourself, and discover the joy of balancing on your hands!
