SAFE in the Panhandle would like to welcome you all to the Advance Law Enforcement Training - Human Trafficking and Financial Crimes Course provided by Mrs. Youngbee Dale, Financial Crime Expert and CEO of Dale Consulting LLC. The training will take place on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 9am to 430pm, at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FTLE) Building, 5045 Commerce Park Circle, Pensacola, FL 32505.

This in-person training will provide its audience with the knowledge and understanding of commercial sex businesses and its relationship to organized crime. This training will also assist officers, detectives, special agents, and district attorneys, in determining how to investigate tax fraud/evasion and money laundering methods used by various criminal organizations.

• Who are the perpetrators and their facilitators operating in the U.S. sex trafficking market?
• What are the money laundering, tax evasion, and criminal network models behind sex traffickingbusinesses?
• What are the debt bondage and loan shark mechanisms used to exploit trafficking victims?

Youngbee Dale is a CEO at Dale Consulting, LLC., based in Columbus OH. She has trained numerous entities on the subject of criminal tactics in the U.S. sex market, including members of Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS), the Assistant U.S. Attorney in Eastern District of North Carolina (2021), NYPD(2021), MN State Sex Trafficking Task Force, GA State Law Enforcement, VA state troopers, FBI agents (VA), NYPD, South Carolina HT investigator, NY OVS, MN OVC and State Police, and NC law enforcement officers.
