COACHING STARTS Monday 22 July and runs till Saturday 21 September 2024 (9 weeks) at your favourite "Club of the Year" Ngataringa Tennis Club. The following week is for make-ups as required.Please email Rixt at [email protected] for bookings and enquiries.
All players are welcome across all tennis levels (complete beginner to dedicated competitor) - there's a suitable session for everyone.
DEVELOPERS PLUS (Rusty Rackets) - 1hr - MONDAYS 9am. For players wanting to improve and make their game more effective and enjoyable at any level, socially or competitively.
BEGINNERS PLUS - 1hr - TUESDAYS 6.30pm. For beginners or those returning to the game, this coaching provides everything you need to get independent and operational on the court in a fun and supportive environment.
ATTACXX MAXX (Doubles) - 1h30 - TUESDAYS 7.30pm & FRIDAYS 9am. It is a fun ‘Attackers & Defenders’ for all levels of adult players, men & women. This high-energy session focuses on maximising your doubles game, making an attacking mindset instinctive to your game.
FIT PLUS (Cardio Tennis) - 1hr - THURSDAYS 9am & 10am.
High energy sessions with fitness, play, fun and technique. You will be moving more than you ever have, taking your game and your tennis fitness to the next level.
COMPETE PLUS (Advanced) - 90mins - THURSDAYS 7.30pm. Intensive training and game development for competitive players and those seeking the thrill of hard hitting / fast balls.
And of course, individual or small group 30 to 90 minutes PRIVATE COACHING is another option (daily from 7am till 9pm weekdays and from 8am to 1pm Saturdays).
