Join us on Tuesday 30th April, for our first adults only clay workshop! No experience necessary, this is a guided workshop to make a plant pot, with a wide range of cutters and stamps, allowing you to customise the pot design and size, to suit your personal tastes and requirements.
Don't like plants? Use it for pens, kitchen utensils, loose change, keys, your conker collection… whatever you fancy!
The session will run from 7pm to 9pm, and if time allows guests can also make a small bud hanger too.
All tickets include one of our delicious homemade scones, with clotted cream and jam, plus tea or coffee. Guests are also welcome to bring their own refreshments/wine!
What's included:
- Professional quality air dry clay
- A range of cutters/stamps/tools
- A selection of glass jars/plastic tubs to choose from (to line your pot).
- A guided workshop, in a small group
- Homemade scone with cream & jam, plus tea/coffee
Where and when:
Tuesday 30th April, 7pm to 9pm.
This session will be held at our home studio at BS16 5PE, near Page Park in Staple Hill, Bristol. On street parking available.
What to expect:
We will take you through the process, step-by-step, and share lots of useful hints and tips along the way to help you get the most out of your workshop. No experience necessary!
We will guide you through the process to make a clay pot, and you can choose whether to keep things simple or add extra detailing. We can help with ideas on the day and we can send you our Pinterest collection for inspiration beforehand!
We will contact you when your creations are ready to collect (approx 2-3 weeks).
You can then either take your creation away to paint at home, or you can book to return for a painting session at a later date.
Who can join us:
This adult craft workshop is perfect for all abilities - no experience necessary!
Notes:
All materials and refreshments will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own additional refreshments, both alcoholic & soft drinks. As you will be working with clay, we advise you to wear something that you don't mind getting dirty.
Refund policy:
We will make every effort to ensure that your workshop goes ahead on the confirmed date and time. However, should unforeseen conditions prevail, an alternative date or time will be offered or a full refund will be given. Unfortunately, this event is non-transferable and refunds cannot be given for cancellations.
