Stress is part of all of our lives in one way or another. Learn about cognitive behavioral tools to use when stress becomes high, and ways to create balance in your life.
Speaker bio: Lauren Garfield LMFT- S, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor, practicing at Lauren Garfield Counseling. She works with kids, teens, young adults, and families seeking help with living a meaningful life.
Adulting 101 programs are designed to help teens develop life skills and knowledge to transition to adulthood.
