Winter is Coming. And it’s long. Join us for the fourth installment of Adulting 101 as we talk about preparing for, and staying sane through, winter. We’ll talk about embracing the Danish concept of Hygge (pronounced “hooga”) which is more of a state of mind, or an approach to life that can make you feel happier and more content, even during those dreary days. We’ll have a paper lantern kit to help make our spaces cozier, cookies to eat, skills to share, and hot tea and cocoa to drink. Part conversation, part craft workshop, and part skill share (optional). We hope you’ll join us and if you like to bake, bring some cookies to swap! Participants who register will receive a paper lantern kit.
While this series is crafted with ages 18-30 in mind, all ages are welcome to attend.
Registration isn’t required to attend but those that register will receive email reminders about the event and receive a paper lantern kit. (Register here: https://bangorpubliclibrary.libcal.com/event/15624828)
