Info on the class .Yoga isn't about being super bendy but it will teach you how to make space in your body ,mind and spirit .The class that I teach includes Asana (posture) pranyama (breath work ) and shivasana (relaxation).My aim is to teach yoga in a way that accommodates the busy modern world that we live in .I specifically target the nervous system to enable you to self regulate.When you can do this you have the tools to manage stress ,depression ,anxiety and find a little bit more peace and calm inside .
