This class will add to your baking repertoire with delicious new recipes and techniques for sweet and savory dishes. Participants will make and bake the following (and will get to take some home to enjoy with friends and family): Chocolate and Orange Tarts (made with Chef Joel's favorite dough) and served with delicious Chocolate Crème Chantilly; Spinach and Feta Rolls with Oregano and Lemon Butter; Red Onion, Grape Tomato and Parmesan Focaccia; Raspberry Cakes with White Chocolate Glaze; and yummy Lemon Crinkle Cookies.
