Participants need not be wordsmiths to enjoy the friendly competition, and no, it’s not like those grade school competitions where individuals step up in front of a full room to spell their word. Teams of four to six collaborate on spellings using a whiteboard to spell out each word correctly. Misspell the word, and your team is out! Words will get progressively harder resulting in the final round being sudden-death.
