Adult Social Care webpages card sort
How should we organise our web content on services for adults and older people? Where would you expect to find information about social care assessment and eligibility?
We are currently trying to improve our website and we need help to understand how our customers expect information to be presented.
Part of this work is a card sort exercise. This involves asking people to group our information under headings and categories which make sense to them. We can then use this information to ensure that our website content and structure makes sense to the people who use it.
We have in-person sessions taking place at March and Huntingdon libraries.
This session is 11:30am to 12:30pm at March Library on 25 November. Alternative sessions are:
- 10:30am to 11:30am at March Library on 25 November
- 10:30am to 11:30am at Huntingdon Library on 28 November
- 11:30am to 12:30pm at Huntingdon Library on 28 November
If you are interested in attending one of the focus group events at either March or Huntingdon Libraries, then we can offer to members of the public:
- The reimbursement of reasonable expenses to attend one of the library events (for example, travel expenses)
- A £10 gift voucher as a thank you for your time and help with improving our website
