Join us for a FREE Adult Self-Defense Seminar hosted by Jupiter Traditional Martial Arts! 💪In this seminar, participants will learn basic protection skills and be introduced to the principles of adult self-defense. This class is physically demanding, so come dressed for a workout in comfortable clothes and shoes. Don’t worry if you have physical limitations—you can still participate in the sections that are appropriate for your abilities.
Please Note: Participants are responsible for notifying instructors of any concerns or physical limitations at the start of class.
