Ages 17 and up. Full Gear Required. $45/class payable at the front desk. For rec and travel hockey skaters, learn to play hockey grads, and adult league players. Please know how to skate a little bit before coming out as the class uses full ice and the participants move!This class will help improve your balance, speed, agility, cardio, edge work, quick stops, quick starts, transitions, mohawks, 3 turns, two foot turns, crossovers, punch turns, pivot turns, and power turns. Class focus on teaching and practicing correct technique.
