The Pintwood Derby, time for the adults to get down to business and make their best car and race it to see if they are the fastest; AND to support Boy Scout Troop 80 in Emmaus along the way, while enjoying a beer!Tickets: $25 and include your first full draft on us! A portion of your ticket will be donated back towards the Boy Scouts Troop 80 fundraising efforts!
**You will need to order your own car kit which can be found on Amazon under Official Pinewood Derby Car Kit**
PARTS AND MATERIALS: OFFICIAL Pinewood Derby Car Kit, weights, and other optional accessories and kits are the participant’s responsibility and be purchased from Boy Scouts of America approved distributors (check out Amazon, Official Pinewood Derby Car Kit).
WEIGHT: Weight cannot exceed 6.00 oz (170.097 grams) Please note this is higher than the Cub Scout/BSA official weight, to give everyone a bit more room for creativity
WHEELS: Wheels must be from an OFFICIAL Pinewood Derby Car Kit, and all four (4) wheels must touch the ground when the car is completed
PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers
