Calling All Speed-Demons!
Remember when our dads used to craft our derby cars? Well, now it's our turn to shine as we take the wheel and create our own racing legends! Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled showdown as sleek wooden rockets blast down the track, leaving the competition eating our dust!
Tickets are $100, which includes all-you-can-eat banquet-style dining, two drink tickets, and entry into the bracket race. Spectators can join the fun for $10 in advance or $15 at the door. The race rules follow the Boy Scouts of America guidelines—see the rule page for complete details.
Will your car leave the competition in the rearview mirror and claim the title of the fastest derby car? Winners receive cash prizes: $500 for first place, $350 for second place, and $150 for third place! A portion of all tickets sold will be donated to Cub Scout Pack 929 of Chesterton, IN. Additionally, all derby cars will be entered into a car show, with a People's Choice trophy up for grabs.
