About this Event
Do you want to workout but have challenges finding childcare or BE HONEST NOW, do you use your kids as an excuse NOT to workout? We have a solution for either situation = Bring them with to our Fitness Center for a fun-filled workout at The Train Station - Tinley Park. Parents if you want to drop your kids off for the 1 hour session and go eat a bearclaw alone in your car or just enjoy some quiet time to yourself that's okay too, we wont judge you too hard (We're parents too, we get it). Adults/Parents break a sweat with a 1hr group Fitness Workout with our Motivational Group Trainer while the kiddos enjoy a 1hr adult supervised session of dynamic safe no-weights exercises, some yoga & stretching, followed by ~10 minutes of mat time with calm breathing in preparation of relaxing before bedtime. We believe in nourishing your Mind, Body, & Spirit through exercise for everyone in the family. Kids ages 4-12 and must be potty trained.
