Adult Open Gym is coming to Bay City!Every Monday night from 7:30-8:30 PM, you’ll have the opportunity to join us for an open training session at Bay City. This event will be for persons ages 16 and up (needing a signed waiver by a parent/guardian for those 18 and under). We will start with a 10-15 minute stretch and warm-up (you will not be required to participate in that if you don’t wish). The next 45-50 minutes will be all about working on what you want to learn in the sport of gymnastics! Maybe you’re a retired gymnast looking to have some fun, a former cheerleader ready to pickup tumbling again, or a newby that just wants to give it a try.
A coach will be on site for reference and to ensure safety. Cost will be $10 cash per attendee.
