Welcome to Adult Mindful Yoga Classes at the Thomas Twp. Nature Center & Preserve! Join us for a fun and engaging exeprience where you can explore yoga in a natural setting. Our classes are designed to help improve their flexibility, focus, and overall well-being. Through gentle movements and breathing exercises, you will develop mindfulness and body awareness.
What to expect: 45 minute yoga flow ending with a meditation. Please bring your own mats and dress comfortably.
