Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone and help connect them to the appropriate care. These trainings are sponsored by the Midland Area Community Foundation ARPA Funding, with a focus to eliminate stigma and connect Midland County residents to mental health support and resources. The ticket link below reserves your seat for the Adult Mental Health First Aid Training taking place on 11/11/24 from 9am - 3pm at Delta College's Downtown Midland campus and is non-refundable.
