Adult Mental Health First Aid Training

Led by My Mental Wellness therapist Aminh Kurdi, LCSW, this training provides individuals with the skills to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health.

Participants are awarded a 3-year certification upon completion. Lunch is included in the cost of the event registration.

NOTE: Please only use one email per person registering. If you are registering for multiple individuals, you must use each attendee's personal email address.
