Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) – MHFAider® Course
This two-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England) programme provides the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise the signs of poor mental health, approach and support someone in distress, and respond safely in a crisis using the official MHFA England framework.

Who Can Attend
Priority will be given to Roma, Eastern European and BAME community members, as well as people on low income, volunteers, and individuals working in frontline or community-based roles. No previous experience is required.

- Approaching and supporting someone in distress
- How to respond safely in a crisis
- Using the MHFA England action plan
- Reducing stigma and promoting wellbeing
