Information for you to set up your account in the Mental Health First Aid portal will be sent to you. You are then required to set up your account within the Mental Health First Aid Connect portal to receive any necessary information prior to attending the training session or you will not be allowed to sit for the MHFA training session.
If you have taken this course within the last 12 months please do not register for this training course.
CEUs/RCHs are not available for this training. Participants who complete the full training will receive a three-year certification.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Our nationally certified trainers teach a five-step action plan that will help you assess a situation, implement appropriate interventions, and help the person connect with professional care.
