About this Event
Mental health first aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. It gives you the tools you need to start the conversation and provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge or crisis.
This is a blended course. You will complete approximately 2 hours of self-paced work online (does not have to be done all at once) followed by 5-6 hours of live instructor led class presented via Teams.
There is a minimum number of participants required to hold the class. If that number is not met, you will be contacted with the option to move to the next available class.
You must have a separate email for each person who signs up.
