This 2 day clinic, Sunday, January 11 and Sunday January 18 is targeted toward new rowers. It is designed to introduce the sport of sweep rowing to individuals who are new to the sport and will be coached 100%. Land and water sessions will be included providing a well-rounded experience for the rower. Additionally, we will also include 1-3 novice rows on Sundays in the weeks following the clinic (weather permitting). Cost is $150.
Space is limited, so sign up early. There will be 3-4 sessions available on these dates and will last about 2.5 hours per session. Four slots available per session.
Requirements:
18+ old, Ability to Swim; Completed registration and medical release waiver. $150
