Adult Learn to Play (ALTP) Try Hockey Free provides adults an opportunity to experience playing hockey for the first time. Coaches and volunteers will be on the ice to assist in learning the basics. This event is designed for adults that have never tried hockey before. No previous skating or hockey experience necessary.Full hockey equipment is not provided nor is it required but if you have it we encourage you to wear it.
The recommended equipment is:
- Sticks and skates which will be provided.
- Skaters must bring a helmet (bike or similar helmet).
- Knee/elbow pads optional but highly encouraged.
