Step into the circle and experience the exhilarating world of Cyr Wheel! This introductory workshop is designed for adventurous movers ready to explore a unique and visually stunning circus apparatus. Led by professional performer and certified coach, Alli Spins, participants will learn foundational Cyr Wheel skills including posture, balance, momentum control, and basic spinning techniques. This workshop focuses on safety, body awareness, and hands-on exploration—with spotting and assistance provided throughout. Flat, hard-surfaced floors and comfortable clothing are recommended. All experience levels welcome!
