USSPT focuses on FORM first and understanding what elements affect your performance the most when playing volleyball. This means detailed and in-depth station exercises built specifically around the core fundamentals AND dedicated form drills that force proper technique even before you know how to do it!
Coach Jordan Wendelken has played and trained with some of the best players, Olympians, and teams around the world, bringing this vast knowledge and skill right here for you. His designed and managed curriculum has the fastest growth any program has ever had.
Come by yourself, with a partner, group, friend, or significant other for the most information-packed, skills-focused, fastest growth event you have ever experienced.
This event is for ages 18 + at any skill level. No previous experience is needed. Stations and drills are complementary to whatever skill level you are. No one player will affect the learning advancement of another due to the unique solo-focused sequences of the drills and station exercises.
