These French Bistro recipes are easy to prepare, much like the home-style cooking served in most French bistros. In this hands-on cooking class, teens will learn to prepare the following French favorites: Classic Bouillabaisse (classic fish stew with assorted fish and shrimp) with Sauce Rouille, Sauce Aioli and rich olive-oiled croutons; Biftek Haché (minced beef patties with butter and thyme); Mushroom Ragout with Purée de Pommes de Terre (mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy); and rich Sable Breton (French butter cookies) for dessert.
