This will be our first "adult" farm class and is meant to be an educational, informative experience while interacting with our cows, pigs, and goats. Activities will include: cow cuddling while learning all about our miniature highland cows, interacting and learning about our Kunekune pigs, watching a cow milking demo, and learning all about dairy goats (milking, hoof trimming, medical care, diet, etc.). Hands on activities will include learning to milk a goat and learning how to trim their hooves. At the end of the class we will be doing our evening chores - feeding, watering, and putting animals up for the night. This class is for people who are brand new to homesteading, people who want to have their own small farm in the future, or anyone who just wants to learn more about what we do!
