Painting & pickling. Sweet & sour. Starting with a peaceful activity, art educator, Kenz Mevis, will lead a guided painting class, outdoors on the farm. No experience needed. Materials will be provided. Pucker up, it’s pickling season. Help harvest the ingredients and make some fresh garlic dill pickles. Take home a jar to enjoy at home. We will learn and discuss different methods of pickling, including open fermentation, canning and fridge pickles.Cost is $40 per person.
