Ultimate Frisbee is a fast-paced, non-contact sport played with a flying disc. It blends the quick movement of soccer, the passing of football, and the cutting strategies of basketball—all built on the “Spirit of the Game,” which values sportsmanship and respect. Two teams compete to move the disc down the field through passing, aiming to score in the opposing end zone. All you need is a white and dark jersey, cleats, water, and a willingness to run, throw, and have fun. We’ll provide the fields, equipment, and a welcoming Ultimate community.
Players register individually and are placed on balanced teams, each led by experienced captains. We play under the lights on turf fields, rain or shine, with one game each week. In our registration questions there is an option to ask to be on one person's team. We do our best to honor this request but are not always able to. Priority is given to players who have not played in the league before. We want you to feel welcome and have a buddy you know! Registration is first come first serve, If one person is signed up and the other person is on the waitlist, the person on the waitlist will not be moved off the waitlist. So make sure you sign up at the same time!
