Grief and loss impact everyone differently, but more commonly individuals struggle with brain fog, emotional overwhelm, less distress tolerance, and ineffective communication with loved ones, leading to feelings of being alone. If you are struggling with any of these issues, DBT skills groups help you emerge from the fog of grief with increased acceptance of difficult emotions, learn healthy coping skills for grief that foster resiliency during the grieving process, and better communicate your grief to family and friends.
