ADULT DBT Skills Group Led by Bianca Giurgiu, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of experience in helping individuals overcome their emotional challenges.
Are you a worrier, overthinker, or perhaps overwhelmed with stress? DBT helps you find balance, develop healthy coping skills, and face your emotions from a place of acceptance and mastery.
Being part of a group therapy program has many benefits. Our brains evolved in a tribal context, where learning was done through relationships and oral communication. Join our warm and interactive group; you will learn new ways to be and cope.

***Refunds are offered up to 7 days prior to the start date of the class. If for some reason you need to withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances, we would be happy to transfer your payment as credit to a future class for the same group. Successful groups depend on cohesive group dynamics and changes in attendance disrupt consistency.
