This class will focus on the multitude of ways you can turn a humble, shelled ingredient into a breakfast extravaganza. Learn how to coo eggs to the desired firmness and how to poach them. Students will also prepare hollandaise sauce, and the perfect breakfast potatoes to compliment the eggs. There is a reason we say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Join us to learn recipes, tips, and tricks to level up your breakfast game.This is the sixth course in our Adult Culinary Boot Camp Series for ages 18+ (see our Youth Cooking Club offerings for students 13-17 years of age). There is no experience required, so you can take just one class or join us for the rest of the series to get hands-on practice in a wide range of culinary skills.
