This class will dive deeper into dessert preparations! Students will prepare a variety of dishes such as mousse desserts, creamy cremeux, cakes, and some awesome dessert garnishes. We will also explore creating gels, how to make aerated honeycomb chocolate, as well as how to make ice cream with liquid nitrogen. This class will be fun for those who are looking to explore more interesting dessert techniques. Bring a friend and learn together!This is the final offering in our Adult Culinary Boot Camp Series this semester. There is no experience necessary, so feel free to join us even if you weren't able to attend the rest of the series. Keep an eye out in Fall of 2025 for more offerings!
