In this hands-on adult culinary workshop, you’ll learn to braise a cozy one-pot chicken & winter veggie dish, blend a nourishing coconut-ginger carrot soup, and sear warm flatbreads with herb oil and labneh. It’s comforting, mindful, and designed to help you slow down and reset, one calming bite at a time.
