Pine River Library will be offering an American Heart Association (AHA) accredited CPR and First Aid course from 9am-4pm on Saturday, December 11. The class will be a combination of AHA sanctioned videos and hands-on practice and testing. After completing the course, participants will receive their Heartsaver Certification. Please know that we will start promptly at 9am so be here early if possible!).
Participants are asked to bring a lunch.
Please be aware that for safety reasons regarding COVID all attendants will be asked to wear masks for the duration of the class and that while we will be going over “rescue breaths” we will not be performing them on the dummies to help keep everyone safe.
Each participant will need a working email that they don’t share with anyone else in the class (so if a husband and wife team are participating each will need their own email for example)– the ecards that are sent out can only be sent once to each email address.
