In Sheboygan County, where chronic diseases like obesity and diabetes are rising, Elaine empowers individuals with tools to prevent, improve, and even—in some cases—reverse these conditions through diet and lifestyle.
As founder of Farsighted Foodie LLC and creator of KIND Cooking (Kind-hearted, Inviting, Nutritious, and Doable), Elaine blends over 25 years of plant-based living with her professional training to make healthy eating approachable, practical, and enjoyable. She holds additional certifications in Plant-Based Nutrition, Wellness Counseling, and Food & Sustainability from eCornell, and is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
