So, you’re trying to eat out less this year? Trying to get the most bang for your grocery buck? Well, I have the class for you! We will be discussing copycat restaurant recipes (and how to tweak them to your taste), how to use your pantry and freezer to help cut cost, and ways to avoid some common pitfalls that have you hitting the drivethru despite your best intentions.
THEN, you will be preparing a copycat restaurant meal to enjoy. There will be a demonstration and coaching along the way so this class is for all skill levels.
Due to the space/equiptment needed for prep work and cooking the dinner, spots are VERY limited.
Couples/friend pairs are great for this! That means you share the prep space AND prep jobs but you each still get a full meal and you both go home with a copy of the recipes!
Dinner will be what my family refers to as “Mako Yaki”. Translation= mock Tako Yaki! That’s salad with ginger dressing, soup, hibachi chicken, rice, veggies, and OF COURSE, yum-yum sauce! Unlimited sweat tea/lemonade/water will be served with your meal as well. To-go boxes will available for leftovers or for sharing your delicious meal!
*Picture shows steak but the class is chicken only.
**Picture shows extra veggies in the soup because thats how my people like it but you dont have to cook it that way.
