Contemporary Dance Class
Come and move with us every sunday evening at 5:30 PM
We explore the depths of your movment through release technique , improvisation , and choreography.
Suitable for people who have an understanding of their body and who have moved before. (But also those who are curious about movement are welcome )
We gain an understanding of our mind , body and spirit connection whilst creating a safe space to express, connect and be our WHOLE selves with eachother.
Our aim is to explore your movement through my movement. Getting yourself to experience moving in different ways, so that you can express yourself by honouring our bodies whilst doing so.
Class requirements : Please wear long-sleeved tops and bottoms and socks ! As we will be connecting, playing , slippin' and slidin' with the floor.
