This is a 3-4 hour course that teaches you basic CPR techniques, AED usage, barrier device skills and emergency choking measures for adult, child and the infant victim. The healthcare provider course is more of an extensive course. The curriculum includes CPR for adult, child and infant, relief of a Foreign Body Airway Obstruction in both responsive and unresponsive victims, bag-mask ventilation as well as rescue breathing with mouth to mouth and mouth to barrier device, use of an AED for adults and 2-rescuer CPR.
