Join our non-contact boxing fitness classes and meet a group of like minded people with similar goals and aspirations. Our weekly 1 hour classes will help you to improve fitness and lose weight while learning the skills of boxing
Please arrive in comfortable clothing, Leggins, Tracksuit bottoms, trainers etc, Please bring a bottle of water too.
In the aftermath of COVID 19 our non-contact boxing fitness programme is intended to motivate adults of all ages to develop and sustain active lifestyles
At the start of the programme, participants will complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) which will identify any health issues, and allow the coaches to assess individual goals for the programme.
