New Adult Beginner Ballet Starts 22nd September! Ballet classes for Adults, all ages and abilities welcome. Beginner - Ballet classes will incorporate gentle stretching, balletic body conditioning, classes will improve your flexibility, your general health. balance and energy levels in your body.
Whether you are new to ballet or an experienced previous dancer, or have trained in ballet in the past, I welcome you to the classes.
