Adult Barre Fitness at MMDS

For ages 18 and up - Fitness class incorporating elements of barre, Pilates, and cardio ballet.
First class is Monday, September 15th. Class is offered in 10- week sessions ($130 per session), or full year option ($360 per session).
Drop-in classes are also available! $17 drop-in class rate.
Session 1: Mondays 9/15 to 11/17
Session 2: Mondays 11/24 to 2/9
Session 3: Mondays 2/23 to 5/11 (bonus barre class this session!)
Attire is comfortable clothing and socks or barefeet.
*There are no refunds or credits for missed classes in session, full year option, or prepaid drop-in classes.
