This is for adults who have been interested in ballet, lyrical, contemporary or just want something a little slower for exercise. This may be for adults who had done ballet throughout their school age years and yearn to pick up where they left off for fun. Learn some ballet basics while also building your core and leg muscles. Learn to feel the music through contemporary and lyrical dancing which works on displaying emotions through slow or medium tempo movement. All three techniques will be cycled throughout the year. Depending on the number of adults at our classes this season, we may do the ballet , lyrical or contemporary every second Friday of the month! We will keep you posted.
